About
My Journey From Listening to Truly Helping
Some people know early on what they want to dedicate their lives to. For me, it was always about understanding people, not from a textbook, but from a place of genuine curiosity and care. I started my career in counseling because I believed that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, deserves to feel truly heard.
Those early years taught me something invaluable: empathy alone, while powerful, is not always enough. When working with clients navigating complex conditions like PTSD, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders, I recognized the need for deeper clinical training. That realization led me to pursue an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology at Amity University, which I completed in 2022.

The rigorous clinical training transformed my practice. I obtained my RCI registration (A 86448) in 2023, joining the small percentage of mental health practitioners in India with this credential. It represents not just an academic achievement, but a commitment to the highest standard of psychological care.
Today, with over 6.5 years of clinical experience, I integrate more than 10 evidence-based therapeutic modalities into my work. Whether through CBT for restructuring anxious thought patterns, expressive arts for processing trauma beyond words, or DBT for building emotional regulation skills, I meet each person exactly where they are, with the right tools for them.
